I’m Patrice S. Majors, a single mom of four amazing kids — ages 19, 16, 15, and my little wild card, 5. My journey? Let’s just say it’s been anything but picture-perfect. I’ve been married and divorced. I’ve started businesses that didn’t make it. I’ve gone to college more than once, searching for something that fit — but deep down, I always knew: I was born to be an entrepreneur.

Since 7th grade, I’ve dreamed of building something of my own. But life had its way of humbling me. I spent years pouring into everyone else — neglecting myself, dimming my light, and convincing myself that’s what a “good mom” was supposed to do. I let fear, failure, and other people’s opinions talk me out of my purpose more times than I can count.

But not anymore.

Now, I’m choosing me — not just for myself, but for every mom who’s ever felt like her dreams had to take a back seat. Half Mom Half Boss is a movement for moms who are done surviving and ready to thrive. It’s for the women building businesses during nap time, chasing purpose while raising little humans, and rewriting what motherhood and success look like.

You’re not alone. You’re not too late. And you don’t have to have it all figured out to start.
